原题目：四川九龙丛林火警扑救处事无序举行 火场周边38户75名大众已安定变化
4月8日17时43分，四川甘孜州九龙县三岩龙乡柏林村爆发丛林火警，截止11日10时30分，柏林村绒古组后山（东101°15‘7“ 北纬 28°45’59”）火场北线烟点较多，有一处明火。按照暂时火场火势变革情景和对周边村寨的感化水平，本地已重要实行火场周边38户75名大众安定变化避险和偶尔安排处事。过分表面积目测约75亩，火场高程3300米，火警未形成职员死伤。因为少许烟点坐落绝壁绝壁，正采用直接升学机“吊桶”功课办法熄灭。
据最新局面材料领会，暂时气象多云放晴，温度5℃，平衡风向为西熏风。即日上昼平衡风力2—3级，暂时为西熏风。
本日扑救情景：
截止11日7时共加入631人（个中专科扑火队473人，半专科扑火队158 人）。一切部队零辰4时30分会合，并按程序间隙10秒钟顺序动身构造发展扑救动作。
